• verifying that a fan is physically present at a venue
• determining dwell time for giveaway eligibility
• preventing fraudulent check-ins

We do not use location data for advertising, nor do we sell it.

• operate GigConnect™
• process subscriptions and payments
• track engagement and analytics
• recommend shows and artists
• run venue giveaways
• improve platform features

4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

GigConnect™ relies on trusted third-party service providers to deliver our features. Your data may be shared with:

• Base44 — We use Base44 for data storage, infrastructure, and backend services. By using GigConnect™, your data is stored on Base44's secure servers and is subject to their data handling practices.
• Stripe — We use Stripe for secure payment processing (tips, subscriptions, merchandise). When you make or receive payments, Stripe processes your payment information according to their Privacy Policy. GigConnect™ does not store your credit card details.
• Venues — We share limited information (check-ins, analytics, giveaway entries) with venues you interact with
• Other service providers — Email delivery, SMS notifications, and analytics tools that help us operate the platform

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Note: When you use features that involve Stripe or other third parties, you are also subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service.
